3 Years to 5 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-5 with caries and children without caries; 2. No less than 18 teeth; 3. Not wearing various orthodontic appliances and accessories; 4. No bacterial or viral infection in other parts of the body.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from enamel hypoplasia or other oral diseases; 2. Fluoride, microecological regulators and immunosuppressants have been used within 3 months; 3. Those who have an oral orthodontic treatment plan within 6 months; 4. There are systemic diseases or congenital diseases.
