Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria: The patient's eye symptoms: dry eye, eye pain, eye burning sensation, eye itching, foreign body sensation, scratching sensation, visual fluctuation, increased secretion, etc.; eyelid margin morphology changes: eyelid margin hypertrophy; Limbic telangiectasia and hyperemia; hyperkeratosis of the eyelid margin; irregular shape of the eyelid margin; meibomian gland opening higher than the eyelid margin or narrow or occluded; abnormal secretion of meibomian glands: the secretion of meibomian glands is cloudy and granular , toothpaste; missing meibomian glands; 2. Aged between 20 and 70 years old; able to cooperate with the operation; signed the informed consent form and participated voluntarily; followed up for 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with eye diseases such as conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, scleritis, hordeolum, and meibomian gland cysts who are under treatment; incomplete eyelid structure, eyelid scars, local eyelid deformities, etc. caused by eye trauma; There are organic lesions such as mass in the eye; trauma, hemorrhage, skin infection or skin disease in the eye; acute glaucoma attack, fundus hemorrhage, etc.; 2. Allergic to any component of thunder fire moxibustion or surface anesthetic, fluorometholone eye drops, etc.; 3. Suffering from fever, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, pregnant women, etc.; 4. Patients with a history of diabetes, arthritis, connective tissue, mental disorders, cognitive impairment, etc.; currently taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or hormone drugs.
