Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Abdominal obesity (ie, central obesity): waist circumference >=90 cm for men and >= 85 cm for women. Hyperglycemia: fasting blood glucose >= 6.1 mmol/L or 2h blood glucose after sugar load >= 7.8 mmol/L and/or those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and treated. Hypertension: Blood pressure >= 130/85 mmHg and/or confirmed hypertension and treated. Fasting TG>=1.70 mmol/L. Fasting HDL-C < 1.04 mmol/L. Three or more of the above can be diagnosed; 2. Aged between 18-90 years old; 3. Patients treated in outpatient department, physical examination center and inpatient department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Institute, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine; 4. The data is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency (serum creatinine clearance = 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, total bilirubin >= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal; chronic cardiac insufficiency, cardiac function grade III and above); 2. Patients with malignant tumor; 3. Patients with new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the past six months; 4. Patients with acute infection; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Secondary dyslipidemia, blood pressure, blood sugar; 7. Type 1 diabetes; 8. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 9. Taking glucocorticoids, contraceptives, diet pills and other drugs that affect weight.
