Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with psoriasis vulgaris; 2. Moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris, that is, PASI score :>= 3, or involving special parts (including scalp, palms and soles, perineum, nails, toenails); 3. Aged >=18 years; 4. Female subjects of childbearing age should maintain contraception (condoms, contraceptives, ligation, etc.) during the trial; 5. The patient gave informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, tuberculosis, and gastrointestinal diseases; 2. Those who have used biological agents in the past 6 months; 3. Those who have systematically used antibiotics within the past 1 month; 4. Pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Patients who are allergic to secukinumab; 6. Participate in other clinical investigators or the investigator thinks that it is not appropriate to participate in this researcher.
