Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced colorectal cancer confirmed by histology, TNM stage is IIIb-IV; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years, with at least one lesion measurable by imaging; 3. The patient is ineffective in receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy, or is not suitable or unwilling to radiotherapy; 4. Life expectancy should be at least 3 months; 5. Patients need to meet the following biochemical indicators: total bilirubin =50ml/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from immunodeficiency disease, HCV infection, uncontrollable coronary artery disease or asthma, uncontrollable cerebrovascular disease or other diseases deemed unenrollable by the investigator; 2. Those with a history of bone marrow or organ transplantation; 3. Those with coagulation dysfunction; 4. Abuse of drugs, alcohol, clinical or psychological or social factors that affect informed consent or the conduct of research; 5. Patients with secondary brain metastases; 6. Any uncertainties affecting patient safety or compliance.
