Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for bipolar manic episodes: meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for bipolar manic episodes, Young's Mania Scale (YMRS) >= 20 points, no drug treatment, no depressive episodes, Hamilton depression Scale (HAMD) score <7 points; no anxiety attacks, HAMA <7 points; 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: no organic disease, no history of mental illness; YMRS score <8, HAMD <7, HAMA <7; 3. The research subjects have obtained informed consent, all of them are Han nationality, right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe suicidal tendencies; 2. Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or may become pregnant during the study; 3. History of severe heart, liver, kidney disease, tumor, blood disease, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases; 4. Schizophrenia, psychoactive substance dependence, mental retardation and other serious mental illness patients; 5. Unipolar depression, generalized anxiety disorder; 6. With mixed features and fast cycle features.
