Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. Normal cognitive function; 3. Except for age-related and asymptomatic physiological brain atrophy, white matter degeneration (Fazekas grade = 0) and lacunar infarction (the number of lacunar infarctions < 2, diameter < 20mm), intracranial blood vessels And brain parenchyma without obvious organic lesions. Test group: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. Patients with a definite diagnosis of small vessel disease dementia (SVaD).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of intracranial surgery, intracranial or cervical vascular interventional therapy; 2. Cerebral hemorrhage, hydrocephalus, intracranial tumor, arteriovenous malformation, aneurysm; 3. Other diseases that cause imaging manifestations similar to cerebral small vessel disease (poisoning, encephalitis, multiple sclerosis, sarcoidosis, brain trauma, radiation encephalopathy, etc.); 4. Have serious complications or other diseases and cannot tolerate the examination; 5. Those who are prohibited from MR examinations; patients who cannot afford or cooperate with MR examinations for any reason; 6. Those who are prohibited or do not cooperate with TCD and/or cervical vascular ultrasound examination; 7. Suffering from factors that affect the consistency of blood pressure in both arms, such as aortic dissection, stenosis or occlusion of the unilateral upper arm artery, and hemian upper arm paralysis after stroke.
