Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged>= 18 years; 2. Meet the 2019 GINA diagnostic criteria; 3. Can accept the standardized treatment plan of GINA; 4. Have normal communication and understanding ability, and can complete the questionnaire. 5. Informed and agreed to follow up.

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to participate the study.
