65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged >= 65 years who have undergone cisatracurium-induced muscle relaxation; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Mini-Mental State Scale (MMSE) score > 23 points); 4. I understand this test and give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI = 25 m.kg-2; 2. Abnormal liver function (alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase > 80U/L); 3. Abnormal renal function (creatinine>104umol/L); 4. The recent use of sedative-hypnotics, analgesics and antidepressants (within 5 half-lives of the drug); 5. Combined with other serious postoperative adverse reactions or contraindications of neostigmine.
