Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Central obesity means that the waist circumference of men is >= 85cm, and the waist circumference of women is >= 80cm; 2. BMI>=24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, diabetes or malignant tumor; 2. Patients with severe infection and oxidative stress lesions; 3. Combined with neurological or psychiatric diseases; 4. claustrophobia; 5. Those with metal and electronic equipment implanted in the body; 6. Persons with personality, intellectual disability, and serious lack of communication and expression skills.
