Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Dentition defect with severe horizontal bone defect (belonging to Benic bone defect type 4); 3. Good oral hygiene without uncontrollable periodontitis; 4. CBCT data at different periods can be obtained (before surgery, immediately after surgery and 6 months after surgery).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental and psychological disorders; 2. Osteoporosis or other malnutrition and metabolism diseases; 3. Diseases of hematopoietic system, digestive system or autoimmune system; 4. High or moderate hyperactivity; 5. During pregnancy or lactation; 6. Patients with alcohol or drug addiction; 7. Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day); 8. A history of head and neck radiotherapy within 5 years; 9. Untreated periodontitis; 10. Patients after immediate removal of the original implant; 11. Full mouth bleeding and plaque index >= 25%; 12. Routine follow-up visits cannot be performed.
