Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with tumor according to pathological results; 3. PICC catheterization for the first time; 4. The catheters are all single-lumen 4 Fr silicone three-way valve catheters produced by the same company. The catheters are placed by a specialist nurse with PICC catheterization qualifications, and the puncture is successful once; 5. Possess a smartphone; 6. Comprehension and communication skills are normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction or history of thrombosis; 2. Mental disorders, cognitive disorders; 3. Limb dysfunction, unable to cooperate to complete the corresponding functional exercise; 4. Long-term treatment with aspirin and other drugs; 5. Patients with end-stage tumors.
