Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with familial systemic lupus erythematosus: 1. The patient is from the same systemic lupus erythematosus family; 2. Comply with the 2019 EULAR/ACR SLE classification criteria; 3. Exclude rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis, mixed connective tissue disease, etc.; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Familial systemic lupus erythematosus healthy controls: 1. Healthy controls are from the same systemic lupus erythematosus family as the patient; 2. No systemic disease; 3. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation disorders patients; 2. Hypertension patients; 3. Diabetics; 4. Smokers; 5. Pregnant women or nursing mothers; 6. Mental patients;
