Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for atrial fibrillation and stroke group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) Within 24 hours of the onset, CTA+CTP indicated the presence of the infarct core or within 1 week from the onset to the MRI examination, the acute cerebral infarction lesions were seen on the MR DWI sequence; (3) Patients with initial onset or previous cerebral infarction, no obvious sequelae left, and acute onset again; (4) The patient completed ECG or Holter and ECG monitoring during the hospital stay. 2. Inclusion criteria for atrial fibrillation without stroke control group: (1) Aged >= 18 years; (2) The patient's ECG or Holter and ECG monitoring suggest atrial fibrillation.
