Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent of patients and their families; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Be conscious and able to cooperate with the completion of the nutritional assessment or the family members can cooperate with the completion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalization time <= 24 hours; 2. Patients with severe cognitive or neurological deficits; 3. Combined with malignant tumor; 4. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Acute major injury, closed craniocerebral injury, etc.; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. The information is missing or incomplete; 8. The research subjects who the researchers think are not suitable to participate.
