Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical manifestation is lower extremity sciatica, which is confirmed by fluoroscopy and magnetic resonance examination as lumbar disc herniation or intervertebral foramen stenosis; 2. Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) of pain level >= 4; 3. LRP may originate in one or two lumbar spine segments; 4. Conservative treatment is ineffective, and the course of the disease lasts for more than 3 months; 5. Aged >=18 years; 6. Willingness to complete assigned treatment and follow-up assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal cardiopulmonary function and coagulation dysfunction; 2. Mental problems; 3. Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, glucocorticoids or contrast agents; 4. Systemic use of corticosteroids; 5. History of previous lumbar spine surgery; 6. Have a history of lumbar epidural injection within 3 months; 7. Local skin infection; 8. Pregnancy etc. were excluded from the study.
