Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with CPS or PA/IVS was diagnosed based on clinical manifestations and ultrasound reports; 2. Interventional treatment of children in the department for the first time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with rubella syndrome, Noonan's syndrome, etc., or genetic metabolic disease, or parents are consanguineous marriages, etc.; 2. Refused to participate in the regular follow-up program in the later period.
