Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Kessler emotional distress scale greater than 21 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The network cannot be obtained; 2. Insufficient Chinese ability; 3. Previously participated in a mindfulness-based program longer than 6 weeks, and/or the current frequency of meditation practice is more than once a week; 4. Have schizophrenia or psychotic affective disorder, current organic mental disorder, substance abuse disorder and pervasive developmental disorder; 5. There is a risk of self-harm and suicide.
