18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. SARI score > 3 in preoperative assessment; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA I or II; 4. Elective surgery to treat patients with general anesthesia and intubation; 5. Those who have obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative assessment of patients with mouth opening <2cm; 2. prone position surgery; 3. Patients with ASA III or above combined with other serious heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients with severe trauma requiring emergency surgery; 5. Patients with allergies or limited application of anesthesia-related drugs.
