Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years; 2. ASA classification I-III; 3. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoperative conversion to laparotomy; 2. Those who do not cooperate with data collectors; 3. Patients with severe complications (including severe cardiovascular disease or severe liver and kidney insufficiency) in the perioperative period; 4. Patients with past history of opioid abuse or tolerance and related drug allergy, or patients who have recently used antipsychotic drugs, alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. Patients with previous abdominal incision and other abdominal surgery; 6. People with speech communication impairment or hearing impairment.
