Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the AP diagnostic criteria; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for high-fat pancreatitis as follows: triglyceride level (TG) > 11.3 mmol/L or serum chyle-like; 3. After fasting and other factors, the patient's serum triglyceride (TG) is between 5.65-11.3mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pancreatitis of other etiologies; 2. The patient has immunodeficiency. Immune-related diseases such as AIDS, idiopathic reaction, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Diabetes, thyroid disease; 4. Malignant tumors include leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, etc.; 5. Mental illness; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Can not cooperate to complete the task.
