18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Primary Parkinson's disease, Hoehn & Yahr stage 2~3; 3. Stable medication (drug regimen is stable for more than 1 month); 4. Able to stand independently and walk with or without assistive devices; 5. Residents living in Hangzhou; 6. MMSE score: primary school>20 points; middle school and above>24 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject is currently participating in any other behavioral or pharmacological or exercise intervention research project; 2. Depression or other mental illness; 3. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (heart disease, stroke, hypertension, systolic blood pressure exceeding 160mm Hg); 4. Take antibiotics within the past month; 5. Movement-limiting diseases, such as knee arthritis, rheumatism, gout, visual impairment, neurogenic muscle atrophy; 6. Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate, etc.
