Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy treated in The First Hospital of Lanzhou University from January 2015 to December 2020; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Patients who underwent transthoracic echocardiography (TTE), cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) and NT-probNP levels at the time of diagnosis and 6 months after diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe other systemic complications, renal insufficiency and other structural heart disease.
