Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. people who colonoscopy as planned; 3. Signed and dated informed consent form; 4. Commit to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure (New York Class III or IV); 2. Recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension; 4. Chronic kidney disease; 5. Suspected bowel obstruction or perforation; 6. Before bowel resection; 7. Gastroparesis; 8. Inflammatory bowel disease; 9. Liver cirrhosis or ascites: 10. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 11. People with mental illness who cannot cooperate with the examination; 12. Those who are allergic to intestinal preparation drugs; 13. Polyp syndrome; 14. Poor bowel preparation (the Ottawa score is> 2 in any part of the colon) 15. Unsuccessful intubation into the cecum.
