Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with Achilles insertion tendinopathy (including ectopic ossification of Achilles insertion, calcification of Achilles insertion, Achilles insertion inflammation, Haglund syndrome, etc.) who need to be hospitalized for removal of Achilles insertion; 2. Patients with Achilles tendon insertion tendinopathy complicated with Achilles tendon rupture requiring surgical treatment; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gout, rheumatoid arthritis and other diseases; 2. Patients with peripheral Achilles tendon infection; 3. Any more complex medical problems that may interfere with the conduct of the study or lead to increased risk, such as malignant tumors, blood diseases, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc.
