Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury combined with knee joint adhesion, who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and joint release, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Complete at least 6 weeks of rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction, and the extension angle is less than 5 degree and/or the flexion angle is less than 130 degree.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with other structural damage repair operations (including multi-group ligament reconstruction, meniscus transplantation and articular cartilage operations, etc.); 2. Patients after anterior cruciate ligament revision; 3. Patients with infectious diseases, musculoskeletal fibrotic diseases, neuromuscular diseases, and rheumatic immune diseases; 4. Adhesion of the knee joint caused by abnormal positioning of the anterior cruciate ligament tunnel or concave intercondylar impingement.
