Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neonates who need intestinal surgery or heart surgery, 2. Children who need central vena catheterization (CVC); 3. Required long-term indwelling of the CVC after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates had previously received CVC in the same blood vessel; 2. Neonates with a CVC placed into the subclavian vein or supraclavicular vein; 3. Neonates with CVC indwelling time less than 48 hours; 4. Neonates without follow-up plan at our center.
