Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with indications for radial artery puncture: Those who need major surgery such as tumor, spine, and cardiovascular; 2. Aged >= 18 years, both genders; 3. The patient met ASA I-III class.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental illness or inability to cooperate with the operator; 2. Allen test positive; 3. Patients with a history of infection, trauma, or surgery at or near the puncture site; 4. Abnormal coagulation function, such as hypercoagulable state or during anticoagulation therapy; 5. There is severe vascular disease on the puncture side, or the surgical site is at the puncture site; 6. Patients who questioned the experiment and did not agree to participate; 7. Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
