18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 90 years; 2. Sick sinus and 2nd degree and above; 3. Atrioventricular block and atrial fibrillation combined with 3rd degree atrioventricular block; 4. The RR interval is greater than 5 seconds, etc., and there are indications for permanent pacemaker implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant in the next 2 years; 3. Patients with life expectancy less than 2 years; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (ALT > 5 times ULA, eGFR < 15ml/min/1.73mm^2); 5. Known active malignant tumor disease; 6. The researchers believe that the patients are not suitable to participate in this study.
