Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 70 years; 2. Patients who were diagnosed as acetabular fracture involving anterior and posterior columns by imaging examination and treated with a single lateral rectus abdominis approach; 3. There is no missing follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With nerve damage caused by fracture; 2. Complicated by arteriovenous thrombosis; 3. Accompanied by serious medical diseases; 4. Patients with severe mental or mental illness; 5. Those who have a long-term history of taking hormone drugs.
