Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute promyelocytic leukemia; 2. Aged 15 to 80 years; 3. Clear consciousness, physical condition allows and has certain ability to understand and express; 4. To seek the informed consent of patients and their families to participate in this research voluntarily. 5. Serum total bilirubin<=3.0mg/dL (<=51µmol/L); 6. Serum creatinine<=3.0mg/dL (<=260µmol/L); 7. White blood cell (WBC) count <10x10^9/L at diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to drug ingredients; 2. Cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency, severe arrhythmia or other vital organ dysfunction; 3. Other active malignant tumors when entering the study; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Accompanying severe mental illness.
