Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The operation date of the patients in this experiment should be before November 1, 2015, and ensure that the patients have more than 5 years of follow-up data; 2. Pathological diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma, AJCC renal cell carcinoma TNM stage >= stage II in 2010, and surgical treatment at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, complete paraffin specimen; 3. The informed consent of the patient or his/her family members must be obtained; 4. The paraffin specimen should meet the following requirements: the excision position should be in the tumor area to ensure that the size of the paraffin specimen after excision does not affect the subsequent clinical and experimental requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumor diseases; 2. The patient has other severe liver and kidney damage, diabetes, severe infection and cardiac insufficiency; 3. Incomplete or missing patient clinical information.
