Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Expert Consensus on Acute Exacerbation of COPD"; 2. Clinical manifestations include cough, expectoration, dyspnea and/or fever; 3. Blood routine examination showed an increased proportion of white blood cells and/or neutrophils; Chest CT showed inflammatory lung exudate. 4. No contraindications of electronic bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage; 5. Bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage were performed with the consent of the patient and her family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severely impaired heart and lung function, accompanied by severe hypertension and arrhythmia that cannot tolerate examination; 2. Platelet <50x10^9/ L, abnormal coagulation function; 3. Patients who refused bronchoscopy and alveolar lavage examination.
