Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnosis of postherpetic neuralgia by Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, and the course of the disease is >= 90 days; 2. VAS baseline score >= 4 points; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years, gender is not limited; 4. Clear consciousness, pain and discrimination ability, able to complete basic communication; 5. Sign the informed consent and voluntarily participate in this researcher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are participating in other studies and have joined other clinical trials within the past 3 months; 2. Herpes zoster occurs on the head, face, perineum, or in special types such as visceral herpes zoster, meningeal herpes zoster, and generalized herpes zoster; 3. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 4. Patients who are allergic to the drugs or acupuncture used; 5. Those who have serious heart, liver, kidney damage or other major diseases such as cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, and mental disorders, who cannot cooperate with treatment; 6. Combined with other serious skin diseases; 7. Those with a pacemaker.
