Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing primary ear reconstruction costal cartilage surgery; 2. Aged 6 to 18 years, the gender is not limited, and the cognitive function is normal; 3. Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification <= 2; 4. The patient signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Alcohol or drug abuse or allergic to any drug used in this study, or contraindicated for drug use; 2. Those who take opioids for a long time (use opioids every day or almost every day for more than 3 months); 3. Active gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers; 4. Local skin infection and bleeding at the anesthesia puncture site; 5. Previous costal cartilage removal or thoracic and abdominal surgery; 6. The surgeon or anesthesiologist believes that the patient is not suitable for inclusion; 7. Patients with microtia combined with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ malformations or insufficiency.
