Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients without GVHD or ocular manifestations after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. Agree to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Basic blood diseases have not been effectively controlled or advanced; 2. Exclude Sjogren's syndrome, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, Sjogren's syndrome, history of dry eye associated with other lesions, history of eye surgery, trauma, contact lens wearing, other diseases that may cause conjunctivitis and abnormal lacrimal gland function, and side effects of drugs; 3. Patients without adequate and effective control of bacterial, fungal and viral infections; 4. In addition to conventional systemic immunosuppressive drug therapy after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, other systemic therapies such as immunoglobulin and monoclonal antibody were used within 3 months.
