Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke or cerebral hemorrhage, and are confirmed by brain CT and/or MRI examinations in the post-stroke recovery period (that is, within 6 months after the onset of the disease); 2. Aged 45 to 80 years; 3. The patient's vital signs are stable and physiologically stable. the presence of spontaneous breathing; 4. There is no obvious sensory impairment, cognitive impairment, intellectual disability, and can cooperate well with the assessment. Be able to understand and actively cooperate with the development of respiratory muscle training; 5. Family members and patients voluntarily cooperate with treatment evaluation; 6. Brunnstrom stage of lower extremity reaches stage IV or above; muscle strength of lower extremity reaches grade 3 or above; muscle tension of lower extremity does not exceed grade 1; 7. FAC level 2 or above; 8. The presence of respiratory muscle dystonia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs and unstable hemodynamics; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney, lung and other organ diseases, severe hypertension, diabetes and intestinal diseases; 3. History of congenital thoracic deformity and rib fracture or history of combined thoracoabdominal surgery in the last three months; 4. Other nervous system diseases lead to balance dysfunction; 5. Respiratory muscle dysfunction caused by diseases of the respiratory system and other nervous system diseases; 6. Patients undergoing tracheostomy and mechanical ventilation without spontaneous breathing; 7. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or disturbance of consciousness; 8. Severe joint disease, fracture healing period; 9. Severe kyphoscoliosis; 10. The presence of venous thrombosis.
