18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ASA I-II who need general anesthesia and tracheal intubation can be enrolled in this study; 2. Aged 18 to 64 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraventricular bradycardia (HR30kg/m2 or = 140mmHg and/or DBP >= 90mmHg); 11. Entrance hypotension (MAP = 100bpm).
