Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The population of Wendeng District and Rushan City; 2. Rural residents aged 40 to 69 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious underlying diseases, such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney; 2. Mental illness; 3. Acute perforation of esophagus, stomach and duodenum; 4. Acute/severe throat disease; 5. Acute stage of esophageal corrosive injury; 6. Have coagulation dysfunction; 7. Other diseases that are not suitable for gastroscopy.
