18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, patients with esophageal cancer who underwent esophagectomy and gastric replacement of esophagus (open and MIE, neck and intrathoracic anastomosis were included); 2. The postoperative recovery is smooth, the vital signs are normal, and there is no need for ventilator-assisted breathing; 3. BMI: 18-28; 4. Obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood oxygen saturation is less than 60mmHg; 2. The partial pressure of carbon dioxide exceeds 45mmHg; 3. FEV1 is less than 1000ml; 4. Liver cirrhosis, myocardial infarction or acute coronary heart disease; 5. Lose more than 15% of body weight within 6 months; 6. Concomitant with other tumors; 7. The distance between the upper edge of the lesion and the opening of the esophagus is less than 5cm; 8. Bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy; 9. Patients with colon and jejunum as esophagus.
