Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients who underwent CVAD catheterization for the first time and underwent catheterization, treatment and catheter maintenance in a cancer hospital in Guangzhou; 3. The patient has certain reading ability or verbal expression ability, no communication barrier, and voluntarily participates in this experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced malignant tumor; 2. Patients with CVAD-related skin diseases; 3. Congenital or previous skin diseases; 4. Those with severe skin edema.
