Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Males or non-pregnant females aged 18 to 70 years; 2. Symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, such as vomiting blood, blood in the stool or black stools, occur within 48 hours; 3. ANVUGIB is diagnosed by gastroscopy, but endoscopic hemostasis may not be performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intravenous injection of two or more PPIs within 24 hours before enrollment; 2. Intolerance of endoscopic diagnosis; variceal bleeding; 3. Allergic to proton pump inhibitors.
