18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and be confirmed by CT or MRI examination of the brain; 2. Medical history <= 6 months; 3. PSD lasts for more than 2 weeks; 4. Abnormal manifestations of swallowing during the evaluation of the functional oral food intake scale (FOIS) and swallowing angiography; 5. The auxiliary sitting posture is more than 30min, which can cooperate with various inspections and rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous dysphagia caused by other neurological diseases; 2. Severe cognitive impairment; 3. Contraindications for transcranial magnetic stimulation; 4. Heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organ diseases.
