Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. No infectious diseases two months before collection of feces; 3. Not using probiotics, antibacterial drugs, colon cleansers, etc. within 3 months; 4. Not taking fungal products such as fermented bean curd, mushrooms, etc. within 2 weeks; 5. Patients agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (heart failure, stroke); 2. A history of autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.); 3. History of inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, persistent or chronic diarrhea of unknown etiology, and Clostridium difficile infection (relapse); A history of gastrointestinal surgery within 4.5 years; 5. History of other malignant tumors; 6. Have a history of mental illness.
