65 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II-III; 2. Aged 65 to 75 years; 3. BMI: 15-30kg/m^2; 4. Patients undergoing elective gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia; 5. Retain spontaneous breathing, without sedation and disturbance of consciousness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease before surgery; 2. Patients with arrhythmia; 3. A history of neck trauma or surgery; 4. Intra-abdominal hypertension; 5. Combined with other serious peripheral vascular diseases; 6. Ultrasound examination of inferior vena cava and carotid artery showed abnormalities such as stenosis and malformation.
