Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. With the approval of the Ethics Committee of Shandong Mental Health Center, all participants (patients' family members) signed the informed consent; 2. Enroll 100 patients with first-episode schizophrenia who meet the DSM-IV diagnostic criteria, male and female, aged 18 to 45 years, treated with a single antipsychotic drug olanzapine; 3. Symptom assessment: Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) >= 60 points, Clinical Global Impression of Severity (CGI) >= 4 points; 4. The patient's blood lipids, body weight, blood pressure and blood sugar were all within the normal range.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of substance dependence, or psychotic symptoms are caused by other mental diseases; 2. Having traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or other organic brain diseases; 3. Suicide attempt or suicidal thoughts or suicidal behavior; 4. History of alcohol or substance abuse within the past year; 5. Pregnant or lactating patients; 6. Cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney insufficiency and other major physical diseases.
