18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Symptoms of sleep apnea syndrome appear; 3. Polysomnography indicates AHI >= 15 or pulse oximeter monitoring indicates oxygen reduction index >= 15 (by oxygen reduction >= 3%); 4. Patients gave informed consent to the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the test or take biological samples; 2. Uneducated illiterate patients; 3. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate to complete the survey; 4. Stroke patients have severe neurological deficits (NIHSS score 9>2; 1a>1; 1b>1); 5. Hearing impairment, reading/visual impairment, poor cooperation; 6. Mental illness or schizophrenia, or serious mental and psychological problems.
