45 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45 to 55 years (including 45 and 55 years old); 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of laboratory examination, the modified Kupperman score is >=15 points, and the single index of insomnia is scored >= 1 point; 3. The difference between adjacent menstrual cycles is > 6 days, and it occurs repeatedly within 10 cycles, but the menopause time is less than 60 days or the menopause time is >= 60 days, but not more than one year; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Assessment Scale score > 7 points; 5. Physical activity rating scale (PARS-3) <= 19 points; 6. Voluntarily participate in this survey; have not used hormone replacement therapy within the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Professional athletes; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney insufficiency and malignant tumor, use a pacemaker; 3. Hemorrhagic disease, cardiovascular disease; 4. Severe bone and joint diseases, such as scoliosis, etc.; 5. Severe mental illness, depression, communication, cognitive impairment; 6. Taking contraceptives, estrogen, glucocorticoid, thyroxine, calcitonin; 7. There is a history of alcoholism, drug dependence/abuse; 8. Diseases affecting sex hormone secretion, such as abnormal thyroid function, hyperprolactinemia; 9. Non-natural menopause.
