Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases meet the 2016 International Sepsis 3.0 definition diagnostic criteria for sepsis and the 2012 Berlin definition diagnostic criteria for acute respiratory distress syndrome; 2. Patients admitted to ICU should be treated in accordance with the requirements of the 2016 International Sepsis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, lactating women, persons with severe intellectual or mental disabilities; 2. Long-term use of immunosuppressants or immunocompromised persons; 3. Patients in the terminal stage of various diseases and in a terminal state that cannot be resuscitated; 4. Those with fatal primary diseases that cannot be eliminated, such as severe craniocerebral injury, post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation, advanced malignant tumors, etc.
