18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The first ischemic stroke or TIA confirmed by clinical and imaging; 3. No obvious cognitive impairment, defined as an MMSE score of 23 or above; 4. Accept secondary prevention of ischemic stroke; 5. The modified Rankin score (mRS) before enrollment is less than or equal to 3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Decreased consciousness; 2. Combined with severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, blood system diseases and malignant tumors; 3. Those who are unwilling to participate or unable to cooperate with the follow-up; 4. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have pregnancy plans and possible patients.
